Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Residents have until the 5th to pay.
The Grande at Geyser Falls features one-, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Floor plan availability changes regularly, so contact the on-site team or view the floor plans page for current options.
Rent is late on the 6th and there is a $100 late fee.
Residents are responsible for all utilities, including cable, internet, and electricity.
No utilities are included in rent. We charge a flat rate for water, trash and pest control in addition to rent.
Applicants may be responsible for an application fee, administrative fee and security deposit. The security deposit is due following approval. Contact the on-site team for current amounts and payment requirements.
Grande at Geyser Falls offers 3-15-month lease terms. There is an additional $300 short-term lease fee for 3-6-month leases, or a $150 short-term lease fee for 7-11-month leases.

Yes. Every apartment home includes a full-size washer and dryer.
Residents cannot paint the walls of apartments at Grande at Geyser Falls.
Residents are welcome to decorate their walls.
Yes, residents can mount a TV.
Yes. The Grande at Geyser Falls allows for a maximum of 2 pets. A one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent are required, and breed and weight restrictions apply. See our current pet policy here.
The Grande at Geyser Falls does not have assigned parking. Residents have off-street parking for no additional charge.
Yes. Detached garages are available to rent for an additional monthly fee, subject to availability. Contact the on-site team for current pricing.
The Grande at Geyser Falls is a smoke-free community. Smoking is prohibited inside apartment homes and in designated community areas.
